Twitch and Kick Streamer Asmongold have become the world's most guarded streamer for the second quarter. The impressive performance has put the stream in front of other well -known big names on Twitch, Kick and Youtube, such as Ishowspeed, Kai Cenat, Hasan and others.
While Asmongold is a controversial figure, there is no one who argues that he is also quite popular. In March, Asmongold had mostly looked at Twitch and became the best streamer on the platform the following month. But this new performance would not have been possible if he had not embraced a platform outside Twitch.

Asmongold does more in two kick streams than one month on Twitch
Asmongold reveals that he made more money from just two streams on a kick than he did from a full month of streaming on Twitch.
According to Streamscharts, via Dexerto, Asmongold was the most guarded streamer worldwide in the second quarter of 2025. From April 1 to June 30 on Twitch alone, he slid to the second most looked streaming place, with 26.41 million hours watched. This puts him behind Caedrel, which led the packaging with 27.87 million hours saw. But Asmongold Multi-Streams to kick, which drove his number up to a total of 28.58 million hours saw during that period.
Where will Asmongold go from here?
Streaming is a pretty volatile medium, where people who were unknown can float in popularity overnight. Although it is possible that Asmongold could be removed during the next quarter, especially if one of the places decides to hold Strömmraton, it is likely that his number will continue to climb. Asmongold only started streaming on a kick in June, so he managed to climb to the top spot even though the platform did not increase his hours that were looked at April and May. Assuming he continues to flow on both platforms throughout the quarter 3, his numbers will probably be even more impressive.
Although the fired as a streaming service is still not as popular as Twitch, its offers to Streamers have attracted enough to get many big names over. Kick previously signed contracts with big streamers to get them on the platform, but even less streamers have a lot to potentially win there. Kick divides 95% of the revenue generated by streams with streamer and only takes 5% of the amount for itself. This is a major change from Twitch, which makes a 50/50 split on subs with the majority of its streamers. Kick lowers the amount it gives to streamers about the multirate, but even then many have decided that it is worth appearing on both platforms. If another big name decides to follow Asmongold's management and power on both platforms, he can ultimately see any competition in the future.
