Even with a new list of fascinating characters, Higgs Monaghan continues to steal the show
Higgs is wilder than ever
Higg's role as a terrorist in the first Death was already convincing enough, but Hideo Kojima turned his character up to eleven this time. After being left on the shore of Fragile, Higgs has returned, sought revenge while working to get the last string to realization and finally destroy humanity once and for all. He donates a red mech costume, joker-like makeup and a chiral-driven guitar and looks like an absolute madman.
Troy Baker does a fantastic job of bringing that madness to the surface. A role like Higgs is difficult to balance, since such a character can easily be taken too far and become a parody of themselves. Thankfully, this is not the case with Higgs. Baker can switch between top-theatriker and muted, unhappy delivery at a moment, and that makes every other Higgs on the screen a moment that is difficult to look away from. Contrary to Sam's silent nature, Higgs is the other side of the coin and boldly exclaims his intention and thoughts.
He plays with Sam like a cat would a mouse, and Death -beaching 2 Furthermore, drives home how the funding with SAM in this way has in principle become his favorite pastime. Death -beaching 2 Develops history in several major ways, and while Higgs is more daring this time, his character arch feels more like a natural development than a scrubbing change.

New characters such as Neil and Lucy add an extra dose of tragedy to the story, but Higgs continues to bring the chaos, and it is a wonderful way to shake up the game's heartfelt moments. Baker has given another powerful performance that can leave Higgs as a challenger for one of the most iconic villains of modern games.
