Getting the hand on a Nintendo Switch 2 should not feel like pulling your teeth.

Originally, the issue seemed limited to those in the United Kingdom who had pre -ordered a console from retailers. Earlier this week, Eurogamer reported that the dealer had canceled an unknown number of pre -orders.

The dealer acknowledged the issue, while it was allowed to “reintroduce as many affected pre -orders as possible.” Unlike other retailers, the game will not have pre -orders in the store, making the situation all the more frustrating.

During the days since the debacle in the game, customers in the US have also begun to experience random cancellations.

Throughout Switch subreddit, customers have provided proof that their consoles were canceled. “Cancel mine and said there was a problem with charging my card when I had more than enough, and they had charged it earlier for hold,” shared a user.

While the question seemed to move to Walmart, it seems that Target also interrupts orders, which causes some to speculate that the dealers “everywhere” on pre -orders, even if it has not been confirmed. One user shared that a representative of Walmart customer service told them that it was a known payment issue that would be raised.

So far, it does not seem as if any other dealer has canceled an order. If you happen to get your order canceled, some retailers, including gamestop, will have a limited amount of layers at launch. The fingers crossed that the remaining pre -orders are safe from cancellation.
