The first son of the sea, Jinbe is an extremely powerful pirate that is well respected throughout the new world. Jinbe served as a member of Sun Pirates under Fisher Tiger. Eventually he became captain of Sun Pirates and allies with Whitebeard.

After Yonko's death, he allied with Big Mom, and finally left Sun Pirates and joined Straw Hat Pirates.
