Over on Reddit, the user shared Thanss, who is a tattoo artist, the funny meme they got ink on a client. Meme in question is a picture of jiggelpuff as seen from above. The picture shows the top of Jiggelpuff's round shape, with her lid, some of her eyes and her ears visible, but nothing beyond it. Other than an oval shade thrown by Pokemon, which constitutes the entire tattoo, which can leave some viewers who are not familiar with the classic anime sections that scratch their heads.

Why is jiggelpuff seen from above on this tattoo?

Those who remember this iconic episode will get a laugh out of it, as many of them in the comment section have.
