Mangekyo Sharingan Ohirume
The Mangekyo Sharingan ability that can manipulate gravity
Sarada Uchiha's Mangekyo Sharingan Ohirume is one of the most terrifying abilities in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex. Unlike other MS abilities, Sarada's Ohirume generates black spheres or orbswhich allows her to not only levitate but also use gravity against her opponents.
Shinju Ryu experienced Ohirume fairly recently, and the damage was incredibly destructive. Sarada is still new to this Mangekyo Sharingan ability, but she already has a good handle on Ohirume, likely due to the Uchiha blood running in her veins.
Kamui

Kamui is considered the strongest Uchiha Clan ability by most fans of Naruto series. Originally used by Obito and later Kakashi, Kamui is a spacetime ninjutsu that bypasses almost all techniques created in Narutoverse.

When Itachi Uchiha used Tsukuyomi in NarutoKakashi Hatake experienced a year of torture in a split second, forcing him to withdraw from the match earlier than expected despite having his own Sharingan. The effects of Tsukuyomi nearly broke Kakashi's mind and left him bedridden for quite some time.
The moment Itachi locks eyes with his victim, he can instantly activate Tsukuyomi and trap his opponents in a world where everything is under his control. While Tsukuyomi is activated, Itachi can do whatever he wants to his opponent. Resisting genjutsu is also not easy, as only the highest class shinobi can resist or break away from it.
Susanoo
The ability to get an overwhelmed avatar
The Uchiha Clan's Susanoo is probably one of the flashiest abilities that only those who possess the Mangekyo Sharingan in both eyes can wield. At a glance, Susanoo looks like a tripod or a shikigami, automatically giving the user more offensive and defensive power in battle.
Susanoo's appearance also differs, but the common denominator is a tall avatar that can use special weapons such as the Sword of Totsuka and the Yata Mirror possessed by Itachi's Susanoo. However, it takes time for a practitioner to fully evolve the Susanoo from a skeletal structure to its full humanoid form.

Itachi and Sasuke Uchiha are two of the most iconic owners of Amaterasu in the Naruto, each using the black flames or the fires of hell, in their own ways. When struck by Amaterasu, the victim feels excruciating heat, said to be hotter than the core of the sun, until they are reduced to ash, unless the effects are negated by unconventional means.
Kotoa Matsukami

Kotoamatsukami is another genjutsu practiced by an Uchiha in Naruto. It is Mangekyo Sharingan dojutsu from Shisui Uchihathe same character who entrusted his left eye to Itachi instead of handing it over to Danzo Shimura.
Simply put, Kotoamatsukami allows Shisui to enter the minds of its victims without them realizing it. It is almost impossible to detect, and it has a wide range. However, while Kotoamatsukami is an incredibly powerful genjutsu, the cooldown is painfully long, limiting how often it can be used in battle.
Izanami
Bind opponents in a never-ending Genjutsu
Being trapped in a genjutsu is terrifying, but being at the center of Izanami means facing an infinite genjutsu which distorts reality itself. The effect goes on and on, impairing the victim's ability to distinguish reality from illusion.
A cast of this genjutsu can end a battle, but Izanami requires specific preparation before it can be unleashed. As seen in Itachi's fight with Kabuto, the latter was physically immobilized in reality while endlessly reliving the scenarios Itachi recorded on a loop in genjutsu.
Izanagi
The ability to escape death
This list wouldn't be complete without mentioning Izanagi, as the ability itself is a game-changing technique that can overwrite reality within a certain amount of time. If Izanagi is activated, serious injury, death, or even death experienced by the Uchiha caster can be turned into mere illusions.
Interestingly, many fans see Izanagi as the ultimate void armor for the Uchiha clanthanks to its ability to reverse or undo even fatal outcomes.
