Haki is an incredibly important skill to have in the new world of One Piece. This power not only increases a user's overall combat ability, but it also allows them to counter the threat of the Devil Fruit abilities that reign in the New World.
There are quite a few pirate crews in the world One Piece who have honed their Haki to new levels so they can establish their dominance on the high seas. Although not all of them have the same level of knowledge in Haki, quite a few of them continue to specialize in it.

Kuja Pirates
The Kuja Pirates is one of the strongest crews in the world One Pieceand they rely solely on Haki in battle. When it comes to the Kuja, Haki is an ability that comes naturally to them for some reason. In fact, even the most normal citizen of Amazon Lily has the power to use strong Haki.
As to why that is, Oda has never really revealed the truth behind it. In either case, all powerful members of the Kuja Pirates possess strong Haki that they often store in their weapons and unleash. In fact, they can even use advanced abilities like Ryuo and likely even advanced Conqueror's Haki in the case of the leaders, like Hancock.
Big Mom Pirates
The Big Mom Pirates is an incredibly large crew that largely consists of her own children. Although they have various Devil Fruit abilities, they also have some very powerful Haki users. Big Mom herself is a user of all three types of Haki, but her other son, Katakuri, also has access to all three types.
People like Perospero have access to two types, as well as Jack, Smoothie and even Snack. Many other commanders of the Big Mom Pirates, such as Oven and Daifuku, also have access to at least two types of Haki, making this crew incredibly versatile when it comes to Haki usage.

Straw Hat Pirates
Straw Hat Pirates is one of the Yonko crew and certainly one of the most powerful on the high seas right now. The crew has four Devil Fruit users right now, but five Haki users, and they are incredibly powerful.
Luffy, the captain of the crew, has access to all three Haki types and their advanced forms as well. Zoro also has access to all three types, and he can also use advanced Conqueror's Haki. Meanwhile, Sanji and Jinbe have access to two types each, with the former likely to awaken Conqueror's Haki as well. Usopp has access to Observation Haki, with the potential to unlock more Haki types. It's clear that with three potential conquerors, the Straw Hat Pirates will be one of the best Haki teams.
Whitebeard Pirates
The Whitebeard Pirates are no longer active in the world of One Piece, but just two years ago they dominated the seas. Their captain, Edward Newgate, known as Whitebeard, was a monstrously powerful user of Haki of all three types, and with it he was even able to fight Roger. Marco himself was a skilled user of two types of Haki, but most fans forget that their former second division commander, Kozuki Oda, was a user of all three types and one of the most skilled users of Haki seen in the series.
The likes of Ace had three types as well, while Jozu and Vista were also very capable users of Haki, strong enough to stand up to some of the most formidable people in the entire world. Whitebeard Pirates are incredibly underrated and their Haki skills are immense.
Red hair pirates
In the current era, the redheaded pirates are possibly the best users of Haki found in One Piece. Their captain, Red-haired Shanks, is known to be a master of Haki of all three types. No member of the Red Hair Pirates has a Devil Fruit ability, meaning they all rely on Haki in different ways.

Ben Beckman likely has access to all three types of Haki, and One Piece Volume 4 Billion confirms that his total Haki is stronger than an Admiral's. It is very likely that Yassop and Lucky Roux also have access to incredibly powerful Haki, and Oda will certainly increase his powers in the final saga.

Rock Pirates
Rock Pirates is one of the most powerful crews in history, composed of some legendary figures who all came together under the banner of Rocks D. Xebec. This crew had access to some very powerful Haki users. Rocks, Wildbeard and Big Mom were all users of three types of Haki during the days this crew was active.
Kaido also had access to all three types, and he went on to master them over the next several years. The likes of Shiki were also incredibly powerful and likely had access to all three types. This crew also had other powerful members, such as Gloriosa, among others. The true abilities of this crew will probably never be revealed, but they stand tall as one of the very strongest in One Piece.
Roger Pirates
When it comes to Haki, it goes without saying Roger Pirates is one of the most powerful in the world One Piece. The three strongest members of this group had access to all three types of advanced Haki, and each was strong enough to beat a Yonko in their own right.
The Roger Pirates also had Kozuki Oden with them, who was also an incredibly powerful Haki user. Then there is Shanks, one of Roger's apprentices, who was also a great Haki user, despite being very young. Without a doubt, Roger Pirates has some of the best Haki users in One Piece.
Joy Boy's Crew
The only crew that can surpass the Roger Pirates when it comes to Haki is the crew of the Joy Boy. It has been confirmed in One Piece that Joy Boy was the very first pirate, meaning he must have had his own crew. While the members of this crew have never been revealed, Joy Boy's Haki is easily the strongest in the entire story.
In fact, his Haki is at a level where he can defeat entire pirate crews by himself, considering he was able to nullify the threat of the Five Elders and even inflict immense pain on Imu. If Joy Boy had strong allies with him, then it is an undeniable fact that his crew was the strongest Haki user.
