Jewelry Bonney was once the captain of the Bonney Pirates, and currently travels with the Straw Hat Pirates. She is a member of the Worst Generation and is known to be one of the most talented pirates on the high seas. Bonney possesses the power of Toshi Toshi no Mi, which allows her to transform any future she deems a strong possibility.
As such, with her Devil Fruit, she can undergo various transformations depending on what future she believes is possible. Bonney has undergone several transformations with his Devil Fruit, such as turning into a Buccaneer at will. But her strongest transformation is to transform into Nika and harness the power of Gear 5similar to that of Luffy. Although Bonney cannot use this transformation for long, it is truly incredibly powerful and allows her to fight against threats like Saint Saturn.

Rob Lucci is an incredibly powerful individual who earns CP0. He is a user of Zoan-type Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Leopard. As was evident in the Egghead Arc, Lucci has also awakened this Devil Fruit. Awakening has given him a unique transformation that takes the ability of his leopard form to a whole new level.
In his awakened form, Lucci was momentarily able to hold his own against Luffy's Gear 5, but was eventually overwhelmed. That said, in the battle against Zoro, Lucci's Awakened Form allowed him to maintain the upper hand for a significant amount of time before he was finally overwhelmed.

Big mom is one of the former Yonko of the Sea, and despite having a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit called Soru Soru no Mi that allows soul manipulation, she also had a unique transformation. By consuming a portion of her own lifespan, Big Mom grows enormously in size and puts her eyes in the eye at the same time.
Big Mom can also blend in with her homiestakes her total power even higher and sets her hair on fire, as well as gaining full control over the powers of lightning. Big Mom's transformation is incredibly dangerous, and it was clearly seen in the fight against Kid and Law in the Onigashima part of the Wano Country Arc.

Known as the strongest being in the world at one point, Kaido possess some of the most unique transformations seen in the anime, and they're also incredibly deadly. Kaido is the user of the Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu, which allows him to transform into an Azure Dragon at will.
His strongest transformation is quite easily his Flaming Drum Dragon formwhere Kaido transforms into a giant dragon covered in magma-like flames. This form of Kaido is strong enough to destroy a country just by passing over it, and it was powerful enough to even cause massive damage to Luffy's Gear 5.

The five elders are some of the most powerful individuals in the world One Pieceentitled Warrior Gods. They are directly under the authority of Saint Imu Nerona, and to the world they appear as the greatest authority of all. The five elders agree Powers of Yokaiwhich comes from the Abyssal Covenant which they have received.
Each Elder has different abilities, but they are all mortal nonetheless. Despite being Yokai abilities, all of these transformations function similarly to the Mythical Zoan forms sprinkled throughout the series. Additionally, their transformations are further enhanced with powers of regeneration and immortality, making them much more special than regular Mythical Zoans.

The Cursed Prince of Elbaf, Loki possesses immense potential, and much of it is due to his incredible Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Nidhoggr, which he consumed 14 years ago. This Devil Fruit allows Loki to transform into the giant Nidhogg which dwarfs entire islands and gives him enough power to destroy the entire world.
Nidhoggr itself is a legendary creature from the history of the One Piece world that even Imu fears to a degree. It goes without saying that Loki's transformation is one of the strongest ever seen in One Piece.

Monkey D. Luffy has always had some powerful transformations up his sleeve, and his strongest form of all is clear Gear 5which he first unlocked in the Wano Country Arc. Luffy's Gear 5 is the awakening of his Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika, and this transformation elevates his overall capabilities to a whole new level.
His body becomes much more rubbery than ever before, and this allows him to fight more freely than before. At the same time, Luffy also gets a huge buff to all of his physical attributes. Most importantly, Luffy can do whatever he imagines in battle, with a lack of imagination as his only major limit. Gear 5 certainly consumes a lot of stamina, but when push comes to shove, Luffy can push himself beyond all limits.

Arguably the strongest transformation seen in One Piece so far comes through the sovereign of the world, Saint Imus Neronaruler of the world and one of the first 20 kings. Imu Nerona possesses the power of Akuma no Mi, which is a unique devil fruit that gives the ability to transform into the devil himself. This transformation gives Imu tremendous combat abilities, as well as the ability to form various alliances with individuals.
In addition to that, Imu can bestow demonic powers on enemies and turn them into eternal slaves using the power of Domi Reversi. Imu's abilities make him a fearsome individual, even standing above the likes of Nika in the Final Saga. As is the case with all other Devil Fruits, Imu's ability allows him to transform into some kind of massive being, which was evident during Reverie, where Sabo tried to attack him with his Mera Mera no Mi power. Imu also took on a hybrid devil transformation as he descended on Elbaph through the Abyss.
