Naruto Uzumaki has a long history with Nine-Tails Kurama in the series. Most of his life has been shared with a Tailed Beast, so they basically know each other from head to toe. Naruto's experience as a jinchuriki is not easy at all, considering Kurama's pure hatred for humanity.
Naruto had to confront Kurama, fight him with Sage Mode, Rasenshuriken and Giant Rasengans and draw his chakra to use his power. It's no easy feat, but Naruto eventually managed it.

In comparison, even Ten-Tails Madara is inferior to her. By the end of the series, Kaguya became so strong that Naruto and Sasuke had no choice but to seal her with the Six Paths power of Yin and Yang just to defeat her from Earth.
