Himawari Uzumaki has been the center of attention Boruto: Two Blue Vortex lately and fans have seen her grow tremendously in terms of importance, as well as power. Himawari recently received an incredible power-up, in the form of a Tailed Beast, which officially turned her into a human Tailed Beast. Undoubtedly, this is a huge development for Himawari, and it means she will have a profound role to play in Boruto series. It also means that Himawari will go on and surpass many characters in the story as she gets older.
Hinata Hyuga
Himawari's own mother, Hinata Yuga is a skilled ninja. But she never reached great heights and was never really in contention to be among the strongest. Himawari is already stronger than any version of Hinata ever was.
She has already surpassed his strength, and in the future she will only make the difference in power between them even greater.
Tsunade Senju
The Sixth Hokage, Tsunade was truly one of the strongest female characters in the Naruto series. She still holds this position, but with Himawari now reaching new levels of power, it is highly likely that Tsunade will be surpassed by her, or already surpassed by her.
It must be remembered that Himawari could fight with Jura and actually land powerful blows against him. She may not be on the same level as Jura or Otsutsuki yet, but she will eventually get there.
Sakura Haruno
Sakura Haruno is one of the strongest individuals as fans have seen in the Naruto series. Among the medical ninjas, Sakura certainly has the very best legacy and she entered her name into the Hall of Fame during the Fourth Great Ninja War. Sakura is a phenomenal medical ninja, and she can fight at a very high level in battle.
That said, Sakura won't be stronger than Himawari at the end of Boruto. right now, Himawari can fight the likes of Jura. When she gets better control of her powers and gets a little older, she will surely have surpassed Sakura.
Kakashi Hatake
Kakashi Hatake, the Sixth Hokage, is a very powerful individual right now in Boruto. Although he may not have his famous Sharingan, he is still strong and worthy of fighting several strong enemies. Kakashi is worthy of the title of Kage, no matter how the fans see it.
Still, he will surely be surpassed by Himawari in terms of strength, now that she has the power of Kurama. Himawari is a force to be reckoned with, and Kurama gives her so much power that she can basically reach Sasuke's level, if not surpass him.
Hashirama Senju
The First Hokage, Hashirama Senju is a character that not many individuals can surpass. In fact, Naruto and Sasuke are only a handful of the few individuals stronger than Hashirama in the entire series.
Now Boruto is already beyond his level, and with the power that Himawari has, she can become stronger than him as well. Fans just need to give her some time to grow further in her power, and for Kurama to grow bigger as well. When that happens, Himawari will surely have surpassed him.
Minato Namikaze
Minato was the fourth Hokage and indeed a heroic ninja that fans have seen quite a bit of in history. Minato had immense strength. In fact, in addition to his natural ability for ninjutsu and other arts, Minato also had half of Kurama sealed inside him, which he used after being revived in the Fourth Great Ninja War.
But despite that, Himawari will surely be stronger than him in the future. This is simply due to the fact that Himawari is the entire tailed beast herself, and the affinity that she has with Kurama's chakra is immensely higher than what Minato had.
Sasuke Uchiha
Sasuke Uchiha is one of the strongest ninjas in Konoha's historyand in his prime few could match him. But right now, Sasuke is a shadow of his former self. He has lost his Rinnegan, nor can he access his Six Paths Powers.
This essentially means that the version of Sasuke that exists right now can be outclassed by the likes of Himawari without too much trouble. All she has to do is keep growing and she will have surpassed him in terms of power and skill.
Naruto Uzumaki
Naruto Uzumaki was once the strongest ninja of all time. In fact, his peak, where he reached Baryon mode and essentially played with even Isshiki remains unmatched in the entire franchise.
But like Sasuke, Naruto is a shell of his former self. He is not as strong as he was, and this gives Himawari the ability to surpass him without much trouble.
