Naruto Uzumaki is quite easily one of the strongest Shinobi to ever live. In fact, it wouldn't be an exaggeration to call Naruto the strongest Shinobi in the history of the world even in Boruto. Naruto was the child of prophecy, and in the Fourth Great Ninja War he fulfilled his true potential by fully forming a friendship with Kurama, and later with the rest of the Tailed Beasts as well. Naruto was also blessed with the powers of the Six Paths directly from the Sage of Six Paths, and this also made him incredibly strong, giving him access to abilities such as Six Paths Sage Mode. Over the years in BorutoNaruto has made great progress as a ninja and developed several powerful jutsu. Some of them are so strong that they can even take out the strongest beings in the entire world, that is Otsutsuki, in a single blow.

Super Ultra Big Ball Rasengan
Super Ultra Big Ball Rasengan is one of Naruto's newer jutsu that he unleashed in Boruto series. Essentially, this is just the standard Rasengan, but pushed to the absolute maximum. This Rasengan is absolutely massive, so much so that it completely overrides even the chakra absorption ability of the likes of Kara Inners. The firepower of this Rasengan is such that it stopped creating a huge crater when Naruto launched it.
What's more, Naruto can last as long as he wants due to his almost infinite chakra pool. While the Super Ultra Big Ball Rasengan is unlikely to kill all the Otsutsuki, it can certainly go on to one hit the weaker ones, such as Kinshiki.

Lava Release: Big Ball Rasenshuriken
After receiving the Chakra of all the Tailed Beasts, Naruto also gained access to three different Kekkai Genkai, and one of them is Lava Release. Using the power of Lava Release, Naruto can create some very powerful Jutsu, such as Lava Release Rasenshuriken.
He used this Jutsu against Delta in Boruto, meaning he still held on to this ability. Even before that, he used it against Madara, who himself was on the same level as an Otsutsuki. This power was so strong that it managed to cut Madara in half, and with him, the God Tree as well. It can easily shoot the vast majority of Otsutsuki, provided it lands before being absorbed.

Sage Art: Super Tailed Beast Rasenshuriken
Naruto's Sage Art: Super Tailed Beast Rasenshuriken is one of his deadliest techniques. This ability sees Naruto use his clones to create different versions of massive Rasenshuriken, all of which are infused with the Six Paths Chakra. When these were unleashed against Kaguya Otsutsuki, it ended up fully triggering her rabbit goddess transformation and also disrupting her chakra control.
This jutsu could greatly weaken Kaguya Otsutsuki, and taking out the weaker versions of Otsutsuki, like Kinshiki or potentially even Momoshiki before he merged with Kinshiki, is definitely possible.

Six Paths: Ultra Big Ball Rasenshuriken
When it comes to Naruto's trademark Rasenshuriken, the strongest version of this power was used by him in the battle against Sasuke, and it is called Six Paths: Ultra Big Ball Rasenshuriken. In order to use this power, Naruto first had to churn out large amounts of sage energy, and he did this with two massive clones of Kurama. When it released this Vise energy, it gave Naruto a huge surge of chakra, which he then used to create two massive Rasenshuriken powered by the Six Paths Chakra.
These two together could completely match Sasuke's Indra's Arrow and cause large-scale destruction to the surrounding area. If this jutsu lands on an Otsutsuki before it is absorbed, they will most certainly die from it.

Truth Seeking Orbs
Naruto Uzumaki also has access to Truth Seeking Orbs in his Six Paths Sage Mode transformation. These orbs are made with all nature transformations, along with Yin and Yang release, and Yin-Yang Release. Their power is akin to Dust Release, as confirmed by Hiruzen Sarutobi, meaning they can basically destroy almost anything upon atomic level contact.
The Truth Seeking Balls are the ultimate offensive and defensive ability in Naruto, with their only weakness being Senjutsu. If an Otsutsuki is hit by a jutsu empowered by a truth-seeking orb, such as a massive Rasenshuriken, they will surely continue to die as they cannot recover from this level of atomic damage.

Tailed Beast Rasenshuriken
Towards the end of the Naruto series, Naruto Uzumaki unleashed one of his ultimate techniques against Madara, and it is Tailed Beast Rasenshuriken. The Tailed Beast Rasenshuriken is an ability that transforms the powerful truth-seeking orbs into a Tailed Beast Ball with the help of Kurama. This ability goes beyond that, as he combines Tailed Beast Ball with Wind Chakra, creating a shuriken-based attack.

This ability is very destructive, as seen in both the anime and manga, and is even more dangerous than regular Tailed Beast Balls. This attack could even destroy Madara's Chibaku Tensei.

Baryon mode
Baryon mode is the strongest power of Naruto Uzumaki, and it essentially takes his and Kurama's chakra to create a new form of energy, but it is also a double-edged sword. The more he uses it, the closer he gets to death. Naruto used this power against Isshiki Otsutsuki, and he was able to shave off the vast majority of his life, leaving him with only minutes of life left.
Against weaker Otsutsuki, this ability can most likely take them down in seconds. Unfortunately, Naruto lost the power of Kurama after using Baryon Mode, making it a one time transformation. He can never use this ability again in Naruto, but it is certainly more than enough to kill any Otsutsuki, even the stronger ones.
