Yonko are the four most powerful pirates in the world One Piece, and almost all of them have incredibly powerful abilities, which also include unique transformations. While not all Yonko have transformations, some of them actively rely on them to overpower the enemies in front of them. Over the years, Oda has shown quite a few powerful Yonko transformations in One Pieceand some of them are the very definition of monstrous power.

Luffy became a Yonko at the end of the Wano Country Arc, and he's quite easily one of the emperors with the most glamorous transformations. Luffy's Gear 4: Bounceman is quite easily one of his strongest transformations, and he has used it on several occasions. As a Yonko, Luffy used Gear 4: Bounceman in Egghead against the Seraphims and also against Kizaru. This transformation was extremely helpful in these battles, especially when combined with the powers of Armament and Conqueror's Haki.
Luffy's strength and speed, as well as durability, are raised to a whole new level in Gear 4. His offensive output is also huge, considering he can deal lethal damage to the likes of the Admirals and even Yonko. It may not be Luffy's strongest transformation, but as a Yonko, it's more than enough to handle the vast majority of high-level threats that exist in the world of One Piece.

Kaido was one of the most powerful individuals in the world of One Piece. As one of the Yonko, Kaido stood tall as the strongest being in the entire world. Considering he was a user of a Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit, Kaido was easily the one with the most transformations.
One of Kaido's most powerful transformations are his dragon formwhich comes with the ability of the Uo Uo no Mi model: Seiryu. Kaido could transform into a giant blue eastern dragon with sky high durability and the ability to control wind, lightning, as well as spit fire. Kaido could wipe out entire mountains with his power, and his total durability was such that only a handful of characters could penetrate it, making him extremely impressive.
Kaido's Blood Thirsty Drunk Hybrid

As a Yonko, the full dragon transformation was Kaido's favorite form, but his true strength was brought out when he entered his hybrid form. In fact, Kaido was able to take his hybrid form to a whole new level when he started drinking, and his BloodThirsty Drunk version is quite easily the strongest hybrid he has.
In this form, Kaido's already bulky hybrid form becomes bulkier, and his overall speed increases drastically. All of his punches become even stronger, and he can even overwhelm Gear 5 Luffy in this transformation. It was one of Kaido's most unique transformations that he didn't get to utilize enough, but whenever he did use it, he showed that his physical capabilities were even greater than Gear 5 Luffy. Combining this power with his high-level Conqueror's Haki and the ability to see the future, Kaido was nearly unbeatable.
Big Mom's Life Span Exchange

Big mom has a Paramecia-type devil fruit called the Soul Soul Fruit, which grants her dominion over all souls found in the world of One Piece. Of course, most fans wouldn't expect her to have transformations, but she certainly does. In the Wano arc of One Piece, Big Mom proceeded to consume a year of her own lifespan, and this made her majestic in size and gave her a huge buff in terms of power. In this form, Big Mom had also fused Prometheus with her hair and Napoleon had become more deadly than ever before, with Hera at her disposal as well. This is Big Mom's strongest transformation in One Piece, and it really shows the threat that a Yonko can pose in the story.

With this transformation, Big Mom could easily overwhelm the likes of Kid and Law in battle. Kaido's Flaming Drum Dragon

Kaidos strongest transformation in One Piece is his Flaming Drum Dragon formand he only used this at the end of his fight against Luffy. This power saw Kaido take his flame abilities to a whole new level, engulfing himself in what appeared to be magma and growing several times in size. In fact, Kaido became an island-sized dragon when he took on this transformation, and just by passing over an island he could essentially vaporize it with ease. Enemies can't even touch Kaido in this form, and his strongest techniques, such as the Flame Bagua, can wipe out entire countries in an instant.
The only reason Luffy was able to defeat him was because he created an island-sized fist with the Bajrang Gun and then used Ryuo's power to damage internally without actually touching him. This transformation of Kaido ranks as one of the strongest seen in One Piece, and it really shows why he was the strongest being in the One Piece world who ruled Wano with an iron grip for 20 years.
Luffy's Gear 5

Arguably the strongest Yonko transformation in One Piece Luffy's Gear 5. He awakened this power in the Wano Country Arc after being killed by Kaido. When his Devil Fruit awoke, it was revealed that it was not actually a Paramecia-type ability but a Mythical Zoan, called Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika. Luffy then used the power of Gear 5, which gives him the ability to fight in an incredibly free manner. His physical abilities are raised to a whole new level, and most importantly, he gains the power to make his imagination his greatest weapon. Anything Luffy can imagine can turn into reality, and lack of imagination is his only limitation in battle.
Luffy's Gear 5 is completely unstoppable in battle. Even Kaido, despite having incredibly powerful transformations, could not stand against him. Even the five elders fought against Luffy, with their immortality being the only thing that saved them. Luffy's Gear 5 is easily one of the strongest transformations that goes beyond the level of an average Yonko and will continue to evolve as the final saga progresses.
