The Void Century is one of the most mysterious parts of the story One Piece world, which took place about 900 to 800 years ago. This century saw a huge empire flourish, with many enemies finally joining forces to destroy it. A great war broke out during this time period, the victors of which ended up creating world government.
It has been heavily implied that Devil Fruits were created during the Void Century, and as such, several Devil Fruit users have existed during this time period of One Piece world. In the last saga, the series has already introduced quite a few powerful Devil Fruit users that existed during the 100 Year Void.

Devil Fruit: Toki Toki no Mi
Of course is the first Devil Fruit user from the Void Century that Oda revealed to fans. She was born about 800 years ago and used the power of her Devil Fruit to jump further into time. With each leap, she got closer to the current timeline and eventually reached the current Wano, where she married Oden and had Momonosuke and Hiyori with her.
Toki's Devil Fruit was indeed very powerful, as it allowed her to skip through time. Considering she was from the Amatsuki family, it makes perfect sense to see her play an important role in not only the liberation of Wano, but the overall battle against the World Government. Both her Devil Fruit and her character will get more exposure in the story later on.

Devil Fruit: Ratatoskr Power
Ragnar technically never eaten a Devil Fruit but exhibits the powers of one through a unique process. It is unknown when exactly Ragnir gained special powers, but during the Void Century it certainly existed. According to the lore of Elbaf, Ragnir was the hammer wielded by the country's god of war. In the fight against the sun god Nika, the god of war exercised the power of Ragnir. Eventually the god of war died, and Ragnir remained. The companion of the God of War, known to be a squirrel named Ratatoskr, lived inside Ragnir, essentially making it a Devil Fruit user of sorts. The concept is the same, but the only difference is that Ragnir didn't eat a fruit to get the powers. Instead, the soul resided directly inside the hammer.
From that day forward to the current timeline, Ragnir has defended the legendary Devil Fruit of Elbaf, awaiting its rightful user. Regardless of when the God of War existed, Ragnir has stood guard for years, meaning that even during the Void Century, Ragnir was present. This also means that Ragnir knows all the secrets of the Void Century and will continue to play a large role in the story going forward. Right now, Ragnir cooperates with Loki and helps him in the battle against Imu in Elbaf.
Joy Boy

Devil Fruit: Hito Hito no Mi: Model: Nika
Joy Boy is yet another Devil Fruit user that Oda has confirmed exists in the Void Century. Joy Boy had the powers of Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika. At one point it was controversial whether or not Joy Boy had a Devil Fruit power, but given that it has been confirmed that the real Sun God Nika existed thousands of years ago, it has now been confirmed that Joy Boy was indeed a Devil Fruit user.
Also, the fact that Devil Fruits existed during the Void Century confirms that he had a Devil Fruit ability, just like Luffy. Joy Boy was able to harness the power of Gear 5 in battle. On top of that, he also had incredibly powerful Haki. Combining the two, one can conclude that he was one of the strongest characters in the entire world. More information about Joy Boy will be revealed later, especially as Oda delves into the Void Century flashback.
Five elders

Devik Fruits: Unknown Yokai Powers
The five elders are legendary figures who serve under Imu and possess immense strength. Until recently, it was unknown if they had any powers or not, but the Egghead arc of One Piece put it beyond doubt that they are monstrously powerful.
Technically, they possess five Elder Yokai abilities, granted to them through Imus' Abyssal Contract. The details behind their powers are still unknown, but it goes without saying that they exhibit the same powers as a Devil Fruit user.
One Piece: 39 strongest characters in the series
These are the strongest characters to sail the ocean in the One Piece world.
All Elders have unique abilities similar to Mythical Zoan creatures, and they are monstrously powerful. As for how they existed during the Void Century, it's pretty clear to see that they've lived for hundreds of years. For example, over two hundred years ago, Saint Saturn was seen in Marijoa, just as old as he is today. Saturn is hundreds of years old, and their deep information about Nika and all the other gods is a confirmation that they lived 800 years ago as well. They have served Imu all this time, and will continue to do so in the final saga for as long as it takes.
Ope Ope no Mi User
When Ope Ope no Mi first introduced, it was revealed that its special ability, Perennial Youth Surgery, grants some immortality at the cost of the user's life. It was even claimed that long ago a doctor is said to have performed this operation, making someone immortal at the cost of their life. But until recently it was not clear who this person was and on whom the operation was performed.
One Piece's final saga sheds a little more light on this. Although the identity of the doctor who performed this operation has not been revealed, it has now been strongly suggested by the likes of Ivankov and Dragon that this doctor existed during the Void Century and performed the immortality operation on none other than Saint Imu Nerona, who has remained alive ever since. More information about this person will surely be given to the fans in the final saga.
Imu
-
Devil Fruit: Unnamed: Mythical Zoan fruit
Sovereign of the world, Imu has lived since the Void Century and continues to rule the world to this day. Although the full extent of their Devil Fruit powers is not exactly clear yet, it is easy to see that the Imu possess a certain demonic ability that allows them to transform into a unique creature, suggesting Mythical Zoan usage. Imu even sport giant wings and a pointed tail with which they impale the likes of Sabo and Cobra.
Imu's ability allows them to turn anyone into their demonic slaves. They also have a kind of grimoire, with which they can cast several spells. In addition to that, Imu can also bestow the power of covenants on her followers, granting them powers such as superhuman strength as well as immortality at the price of becoming a vessel for them. The vast majority of Imu's abilities are still unexplained, but Oda is sure to shed more light on them going forward.
