Before One Piece timeskip, the series saw the dominance of one power system, and that is the Devil Fruits. But after One Piece timeskip, a new power system became prominent in the form of Haki. Haki is a spiritual form of energy that can be used in a multitude of ways. As fans know, there are three types of Haki. Observation Haki allows one to become more aware of one's surroundings and provides a sixth sense. Armament Haki grants an ability to coat one's body with a spiritual armor, which offers great offensive and defensive powers.

When it comes to strength, these One Piece characters are the crème de la crème.
Finally, there is Conqueror's Haki, also known as Supreme King Haki, which is special. Unlike the other two, Conqueror's Haki is a power that only a select few are born with. In the Elbaf arc, Oda has revealed five new users of Conqueror's Haki to fansand while some of them were seen using it in a flashback, others have appeared in the current One Piece timeline.

Scopper Gaban is a legend from the One Piece world. Gaban was part of the Roger Pirates, the crew of the Pirate King. Scopper Gaban was one of the strongest fighters in this crew, and he was considered Gol D. Roger's left hand man. In that sense, Gaban is a powerful fighter. He wields twin axes in battle, and it is canonical in the story that Gaban, Rayleigh, and Roger are all on the same level.
Gaban's Supreme King Haki Feats
In the current One Piece timeline, Gaban is far from his prime. But he's still pretty strong, and he's shown how good he is at Haki. Gaban showed off some impressive Supreme King Haki feats in Elbaf. First, he was the very first character in One Piece who could bypass immortality. With his superior Conqueror's Haki, Gaban shot a Holy Knight and cut him to pieces. His Haki even pierced Harald's powerful Conqueror's Haki armor as he effortlessly severed the leg. This is a level beyond even what the likes of Luffy have shown with Conqueror's Haki.

Loki is the cursed prince of Elbaf. His name was first mentioned in One Piece during the Whole Cake Island Arc about seven years ago. Since then he has been a great mystery, but Elbaf has shed a lot of light on this character. While fans always expected Loki to be strong, no one imagined him to be this impressive.
Loki, with his ancient giant blood, is incredibly powerful. Loki also has impressive Haki, as he is also a user of Supreme King Haki. But more than that, he has a legendary Devil Fruit and uses an overpowered weapon known as Ragnir.
Loki's Supreme King Haki Feats
Loki is one of the latest Supreme King Haki users to be featured in One Pieceand his feats are quite impressive. During the flashback of the Elbaf arc, Loki was shown using his Conqueror's Haki a few times. Loki, for example, fought Ragnir, an extremely powerful sentient weapon. To fight it, Loki coated his hammer in Conqueror's Haki.
Loki's best Conqueror's Haki feat came later, against his own father, Harald. Harald, after making a seal with Imu, gained immortality. Loki managed to fight Harald and his Conqueror's Haki was so strong that it could bypass immortality and kill his own father.

Rocks D. Xebec's name is legendary in One Piece. Rocks D. Xebec, who is now revealed to actually be Davy D. Xebecwas the powerful leader of the strongest crew to ever sail the Grand Line in One Piece, the Rocks Pirates.
Rocks was so strong that he led the likes of Whitebeard, Big Mom and Kaido. With that, fans could tell that Xebec was even above the level of a Yonko. Xebec's name struck fear into everyoneeven the world government, which is why they had to take him out.
Xebec's Supreme King Haki Feats
Rocks D. Xebec was an absolute beast. In Elbaf, Oda showed that he could easily kill an admiral. Although fans don't know how he did it, he probably used his Conqueror's Haki. Beyond that, though Rock's D. Xebec was also able to clash with some of One Piece's strongest characters, such as Haraldthe king of Elbaf.

These haki users in One Piece are the greatest. Some would even describe their haki as god level.
More than that, Rocks also showed off his incredible Supreme Kings Haki during the God Valley. Along with other monsters, the Rocks launched a powerful attack on Imu with their Supreme King Haki. Even though Rock's Haki couldn't hurt Imu, it was still an incredibly powerful blast.

In the world of One Piece, Imu is easily the strongest character. They are known to be the world's secret sovereign who rules from the shadows and sits on the supposedly empty throne. Imu was first revealed during the Reverie arc of One Pieceabout seven years ago. Although they have been a mystery for much of history, the Elbaf Arc has shed some light on them.
Fans recently got to see a hint of Imu's Devil Fruit powers, which include demonic contracts as well as mage-like abilities. Of course, fans always knew that Imu would have a strong Conqueror's Haki, and it was finally showcased in Elbaf.
Imu's Supreme King Haki Feats
Imu have a Devil Fruit, but they also have powerful Hakiincluding Supreme King Haki. In Elbaf, Imu showed how strong his Haki is, both in the current timeline and in flashback.
In the current timeline, fans could see Imu emits a powerful Haki blast that could be felt all over Elbaf. In retrospect, Imu was even more impressive. Six One Piece top tiers in Rocks D. Xebec, Garp, Roger, Whitebeard, Big Mom and Kaido all attacked Imu with their Conqueror's Haki. However, it was pointless, like Imu's own Conqueror's Haki surpassed them all at once. This is definitely one of the most impressive uses of Conqueror's Haki in One Piece.

Harald was the strongest king of Elbafand this title was not easy to obtain. Considering that Elbaf has some of the strongest warriors in the entire world, Harald was extraordinary.
Harald's strength was first shown when he clashed with Rocks D. Xebecbut after he received a seal with Imu, he reached new heights of power.
Harald's High King Haki feats
King Harald of Elbaf is definitely one of the strongest Conqueror's Haki users ever seen. His control over this power was evident from his clash with Rocks D. Xebec, which was so powerful that it blew away all signs of life in a 5 kilometer radius. Harald's strength would only increase after his pact with Imu. In the Elbaf flashback it was shown Harald could clash with Gaban, Shanks and Loki, and he was seemingly able to fight them all. This alone is a testament to how strong Harald and his Conqueror's Haki were.
