Konohamaru Sarutobi will become the Hokage
Konohamaru Sarutobi is one of the most powerful ninjas from the next generation. Although he hasn't received the attention he deserves in the Boruto series, he is already next in line to become Hokage. Konohamaru has always dreamed of becoming Hokage and following in Naruto Uzumaki's footsteps, and there is absolutely no reason to believe that he won't fulfill his dream.
Most recently, Konohamaru fought a Shinju named Matsuri, and he really impressed against her. His overall powers will continue to grow further. At some point later, Konohamaru will most likely become the Hokage of the village, and that means he will replace Naruto and live up to the standard set by the Seventh Hokage. By now, Konohamaru must have greatly improved his arsenal of abilities as well. Right now he's underwhelming because the Boruto series doesn't focus on him as much, but in the future the series really needs to put more attention on this character and give him big power-ups so he can be a worthy replacement for the Seventh Hokage.

Himawari Uzumaki has the power of Kurama
Himawari Uzumaki is Naruto's very own daughter, and she shows great progress in the new Two Blue Vortex series. Although Himawari wasn't focused on as much in the first part of the Boruto series, Two Blue Vortex has given her some major power-ups in the form of Kurama. Right now, Himawari is just like Jura, as she is the incarnation of the Nine-Tails themselves.
Himawari's overall ceiling is incredibly high. In fact, she can go on to reach a power level even higher than Naruto Uzumaki due to her higher synchronization with Kurama. In that regard, Himawari can basically go on to replace Naruto as Konoha's top Kurama user, and that is already being set up by Kishimoto. In fact, it's been canonically stated in the story that Himawari can draw more power from Kurama than any other Jinchuriki in history, and that's absolutely huge for her.
Himawari is far too young in history right now, meaning she can't fight to the best of her ability, but in the future she can certainly continue to reach a very high level and stand as a true replacement for Naruto Uzumaki. She has all the tools necessary to succeed Naruto, and it all depends on how the writers treat her from here on out. If Himawari gets the attention she deserves, she will surely go on to become an amazing ninja and one of the strongest in history.

Boruto Uzumaki protects the village
Naruto's son, Boruto Uzumakiis the protagonist of the new series, and it's pretty easy to see why he'll be a true replacement for Naruto. In the absence of the Seventh Hokage, it is Boruto Uzumaki who has protected the village from all threats. In a way, Boruto is already the village's Second Hokage. Shikamaru may lead from the office, but it's Boruto who keeps the village safe from all threats.
He has amassed vast amounts of information on Shinju and even Claw Grimes. He's even kept Code at bay over the years, protecting the village in ways they don't even know about. Boruto is a true protector, but more than that, he is also incredibly powerful. Naruto Uzumaki was as iconic as he was because of his overall strength.

Boruto Uzumaki stands tall as the perfect replacement for Naruto Uzumaki until his final return. He doesn't want to claim the position of Hokage, but he still acts like one, protecting the entire village by putting his life on the line.

Kawaki inherited Naruto's will
Kawaki is the adopted son of Naruto and just like him he had to endure a rather difficult childhood. Kawaki is greatly inspired by Naruto Uzumaki and has devoted his entire life to protecting him. The whole reason Kawaki even sealed him away was to keep him safe forever and so he could live his life in peace. Although Kawaki has greatly changed the world order, he still protects Konoha, specifically Naruto Uzumaki more than anyone else. Kawaki is also incredibly powerful, and this cannot be understated. His powers are essential for Konoha to be a safe and dominant village in the world.
While Kawaki will certainly continue to play the role of an antagonist later on, he is still the adopted son of Naruto Uzumaki and carries many of his traits. He may not go on to become Hokage or become known as a famous Ninja, but Kawaki is a true replacement for Naruto Uzumaki until he eventually continues to return.

The best replacement for Naruto Uzumaki in Boruto series is none other than Sarada Uchiha. Sarada is Sasuke's daughter, but if there is anyone she has chosen as her idol, it is Naruto Uzumaki. She wants to be the next Hokage of the village, and she has already made great strides in that regard. By awakening the power of the Mangekyo Sharingan, Sarada Uchiha has gained the tools that make her one of the strongest in the village, establishing a firm grip on the position of Hokage. Sarada is also very kind-hearted, and she knows how to protect the entire village. She will put her life on the line for the safety of her people and loved ones, and such a character embodies the true spirit of Naruto Uzumaki.
Be it in Naruto's absence or in his presence, Sarada can truly take the mantle from him and make him proud. She will surely be a worthy replacement for Naruto Uzumaki in the future. After Konohamaru becomes Hokage, Sarada Uchiha will likely follow him and start her own era.
